Return and Refund

At Pune Bytes, your satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in preparing and delivering our sweets and snacks. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below.

1. No Returns on Opened Packages

Since our products are fresh and consumable, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened or tampered with.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product was expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any problem with the order.
  • Please share your order number, details, and clear photos of the product and packaging when raising a complaint.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Process

  • If eligible, we may send a replacement product at no extra cost.
  • Delivery timelines for replacements will depend on your location and product availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
